Illuminated channel letters fabricated in-house. LED modules, acrylic faces, returns, and trim caps. We handle face replacement, re-leds, and full builds.
Monument Signs
Ground-mounted monument signs from foundation to finished face. We pour footings, build cabinets, and coordinate with electrical subs when needed.
Dimensional Letters
Fabricated metal and acrylic letters — flat cut, painted, brushed, or plated. Full installation with mounting templates and on-site layout.
Commercial Awnings
Custom storefront and commercial awnings. Fabric, welded frames, engineering documents, and install. Private-label fabric available for wholesale orders.
LED & Illuminated Signs
Lightbox cabinets, halo-lit reverse channel, and LED retrofits. We handle the electrical permits and coordinate with local inspectors.
Wall Signs & Banners

Do you work white-label for other sign companies?
Yes. We routinely fabricate and install under our partners’ brands. Unmarked trucks on request, branded COIs, no visible AVI Design marks on the finished product, and strict confidentiality with your end client. Your customer never knows we exist unless you want them to.
Can you install a sign we fabricated and shipped?
Yes. Install-only subcontracting is one of our core trade services. Ship to our Nutley facility or directly to the job site. We handle permits, survey, crane or lift coordination, electrical hookup, final inspection, and photo documentation. We work from your shop drawings.
What about New Jersey permits?
We pull permits in every New Jersey municipality we work in. For trade partners, we handle the entire permitting process as part of the scope, including application, drawings, code research, variances if required, and municipal follow-ups. You don’t need a NJ sign license or local relationships to fulfill a project through us.
Can you handle leads that come to you from outside New Jersey?
Yes. We partner with national sign and awning companies who win work in NJ but can’t service it from their home state. You hand off the lead, we execute the full project, either under your brand or jointly. Revenue share or flat subcontractor pricing, whichever works for your model.
Do you provide COIs and insurance documentation?
Yes. Full general liability, workers’ compensation, and auto coverage. We issue certificates of insurance with your company or your end client as additional insured, same-day turnaround in most cases. All licensing is current and available on request.
What’s your turnaround on a wholesale order?
Standard channel letter fabrication runs 2 to 3 weeks from approved artwork. Install-only work can typically be scheduled within a week of permit issuance. Rush fabrication and emergency installs are available for trade partners, call us and we’ll tell you what’s possible.
Will you compete with us for our own customers?
No. Our trade work is strictly white-label. We don’t market to your clients, we don’t follow up with them after the job, and we don’t retain them in our CRM. The relationship stays yours. We’ll sign a mutual NDA or non-compete for specific accounts if you want that in writing.
